Teenager among two accused of killing 16-year-old Two people have been charged in connection with the murder of 16-year-old Tiwan Allen on Tuesday in Kingston's North Parade, including a teenage boy. Shevon Lawrence, an 18-year-old resident of Kingston's Luke Lane, has been accused of murder. He and a 15-year-old boy are both accused together.
